Manufacturing of an MTL 46 subwoofer, by Alexandre

To accompany my two returns made some time ago, here is the manufacturing of a subwoofer detailed in a few steps, the whole now allowing me to obtain a sound system balanced and powerful which can be suitable indoors but also during events.

I wanted to accompany my two heads in stereo with a good bass. I therefore chose the MTL 46. This plan is freely accessible, I retrieved the diagrams from a dedicated forum, then modified. Made from CP18 birch. All the cuts made by TOSIZE. Once the wood was received and cut, the only major work on the wood that I had to do was the manufacture of the reinforcement of the front vent and the installation of the different elements of the box (handle, connection, wiring, painting, finishes, etc.). Then there was almost nothing left to do but assemble the whole thing, adding my personal touch in order to make the box consistent with the rest of my installation.
