Description by Jan
Make a windowsill with MDF 15mm waterproof from TOSIZE.at. Measure with a tape measure and mark the desired dimensions with a pencil and square square. Cut the MDF accurately to size with a plunge saw and sand edges smooth (grit 120-150). Apply primer to all sides and let dry. Because the plate was too short, I made the windowsill from 2 parts and filled the seams. Sand lightly between coats. Finish with desired final paint for durability. Use brushes for an even finish.
How I made this project
To make a windowsill with MDF 15mm waterproof from TOSIZE.at follow these steps: Measure the required dimensions with a tape measure and mark with a pencil and square square. Cut the MDF to size with a plunge saw and sand the edges smooth with sandpaper (grit 120-150). Apply primer to all sides and let dry (do this twice to be safe). Sand lightly between coats of paint. Finish with your desired final paint for a durable finish. Use brushes for an even application.
