Description
Beginning of the Corona period, audiophile speakers built by Danish designers: http://www.troelsgravesen.dk/SBA-761.htm. Very satisfied with the end result, the sound is fantastic and they also look nice (but that is a matter of taste of course)
DIY speakers with wood look
Rough design from the internet converted into accurate drawing. Ordered the plywood via OPMAATZAGEN.nl (my first experience with OPMAATZAGEN.nl). Because I wanted to stain wood I couldn't make any mistakes because everything remains visible. Holes milled out for the speakers. Glued everything (white wood glue) and of course soldered the crossover filters. The different types of damping material were cut to size and glued in. Then stained 3 times, so that the grain is still visible but an opaque dark appearance is achieved. Finally everything mounted. and just listen. Sound is fantastic.
The dimensions of the project
100.0 cm high, 40.0 cm deep, 22.0 cm wide
