Payment failed or refused

Sometimes you may encounter issues while making an online payment for your order. No worries, we are here to help you resolve it! Read below what you can do when you experience problems during checkout.

If the payment fails, you will automatically receive a payment reminder via pay.nl by email after 30 minutes. You can then complete the payment to finalize your order. After that, you will receive the order confirmation by email.

Is the connection interrupted after payment?

Once you have paid, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder as well.
