Janice Blok has bought her dream home! For her office, she decided to tackle a unique DIY project with the help of TOSIZE Furniture. With two custom cabinets and a matching desk top, she created a stylish and functional workspace. Curious how she did it? Read on!
Slim design with two cabinets
Janice wanted a desk with integrated storage. Instead of one large cabinet, she opted for two separate cabinets, which she cleverly placed next to each other. One cabinet has open compartments facing the desk top for easy access, while the other cabinet is turned forward for extra storage space. By perfectly matching the dimensions of both cabinets, a sleek and harmonious whole is created.
Custom-cut desk top for a complete whole
To finish off the workspace, Janice had an MDF Primed desk top cut to size. An extra shelf serves as a sturdy leg at the end, giving the desk a solid look. She did the assembly herself and after installation she gave the whole thing a beautiful finish with lime paint for a fresh and modern effect.
