Customizing your own wardrobe is very satisfying. And it is also a lot easier with perfectly cut sheet material. By doing the work yourself, you are not dependent on busy and often expensive carpenters. In this project, Astrid shows how she made a spacious wardrobe for her bedroom with sawn MDF lacquer carrier film. The result is a spacious wardrobe that fits perfectly.
Description of Astrid
High wardrobe with two sliding doors and various compartments. On top and three compartments on top with trap doors. In such a way that the cabinet completely fills the space from wall to ceiling.
How I made this project
After lugging up the perfectly cut white foil laminated plates, the cabinet made in 3 parts. The base measuring 180.0 x 80.0 cm is placed as a base. Three plates with intermediate connections have been placed on top so that the cabinet is already 225.0 cm high. The top part with the three compartments and trap doors was assembled separately and then placed on top in one go. That resulted in a cabinet of 270.0 in total. Finally, the two sliding doors measuring 90.0 x 220.0 cm were mounted with a rail system from the hardware store.
