I haven't received the order confirmation, what can I do?

E-mail confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the invoice attached. Did you not receive this e-mail? Also check your junk mail folder. 

My account environment
Did you create an account while ordering? You can view your invoice and order history at any time by log in your account.

Are the above options not available? We will gladly send the order confirmation again! In order to do so, we need the name or e-mail address of the person who placed the order and an order number. That way we can help you quickly! Then please contact us via our contact form.
